I am delighted to introduce the 1st Annual Subscriber Data Management (SDM) and Data Warehousing Summit. This is the only event to bring together all of the top Global Operators to share experience and understand the role of subscriber data management platforms in enhancing and optimising the customer experience. Data warehousing is an issue that all operators have to grapple with. As vast amounts of data are being generated every day by next generation smart phones and the like, so data storage challenges and the cost of business intelligence become key factors in operators’ business decisions.
