Event Overview

I am delighted to introduce the 1st Annual Subscriber Data Management (SDM) and Data Warehousing Summit. This is the only event to bring together all of the top Global Operators to share experience and understand the role of subscriber data management platforms in enhancing and optimising the customer experience. Data warehousing is an issue that all operators have to grapple with. As vast amounts of data are being generated every day by next generation smart phones and the like, so data storage challenges and the cost of business intelligence become key factors in operators’ business decisions.

Incorporating improved subscriber profiling into offerings will allow operators to provide the kind of interactive and personalised services users will increasingly come to expect and effective data warehousing will, not only create cost-efficient customer support, but also future proof operator’s networks in preparation for the future plethora of next-generation data.

Service Providers are embracing subscriber data management and improved data warehousing as the gateway to new business opportunities, greater flexibility, advanced functionality and improved customer experience.
